Application Instructions - Puff 3D HTV

  • Cut your text or design in reverse and weed out excess film.
  • Set your heat press to 135°C. (if you experiencing over puffing, please reduce the temperature. You can achieve good puffing results as low at 110°C).
  • Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
  • Press for 10 seconds.
  • Hot peel the release liner immediately, and remove from the platen while giving the garment a shake.
  • METALLIC PUFF ONLY - Follow steps as above then PRESS AGAIN for 5 Seconds BEFORE removing from the platen.

NB: All information is given as guideline. We always recommend that you perform a test cut and print prior to production.

High quality print and fast turnaround

Fist time using Phoxy and they didn't disappoint. The print quality of the decals was very good and the turnaround very fast. Fist application on a model after trimming to the print line was first class and sealing after with matt varnish the carrier film disappeared.
